Who put the reunion together?
A: Hats off to Tucker York and Mike DeWindt for getting the ball rolling. Tim Huizen was the money guy, Melissa Vogt is helped with the website, Scott Butz, Dean Wierenga, and Kevin Van Duyn, and Luis Diaz lent their talents as well!
Q: Did everyone bring their spouse?
A: No, more than a few people flew solo at the event as they reconnected with their past. Spouses, friends, and significant others were certainly welcome to attend. The more the merrier.
Q: When will a class directory be available?
A: There is a class directory available. Anyone who had registered their information as of July 30 should have received a copy at the address they provided. If you didn't receive the first draft, email us at support@jhsclassof1983.com and we will send it to you again in a pdf format. You might want to add our address to your contact list so the directory doesn't get caught in your spam/junk mail filter.
If you are just getting around to submitting your info, we will automatically send you a copy when we receive your information.
Q: Is this website going to be functional after the reunion?A: At least until the 30th reunion!
Q: Are we using websites like classmates.com or reunion.com tp connect with classmates?
A: We sure are, but this site let's us get more personal...for free! But don't let that keep you from registering at either of those sites, there is no charge to register, but accessible info is limited without a membership.
